Pay rises don’t just happen – the SDA makes them happen. Every year, the SDA argues for pay rises before the Fair Work Commission, or bargains for pay rises in Enterprise Agreements.

The SDA is always working to improve your work conditions too. Whether it’s extra time off or better rostering rights, the SDA is working for you. Being an SDA member helps increase your pay.

If you have any problems at work, the SDA is here to help. We help with issues like roster disputes, under payments, and bullying or harassment.

We have workplace Delegates and full-time staff to resolve any problems that arise in the workplace. SDA members also have exclusive access to the SDA’s confidential advice line (131 732)
